Local SD Talent

December 2nd, 2010 | HIVEr | No Comments »

You’re always seeing big things happening in other big cities like NYC, LA, SF, but you hardly get to see the talent behind the projects that happen in your own backyard. Check out local San Diegan and Hiver, Dominic Damian, who is the lead developer working on this great project www.hitRECord.org.  hitRECord is an online collaborative production company. It allows users to upload media and develop art collaboratively via the website. It was started by actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt almost five years ago. Currently they have over 30,000 users and 200,000 records. Work from the site has been featured at SXSW, The Sundance Film Festival, and presently on a college tour across the US. Nice work to Dominic and always good to see San Diego talent making things happen.
